We’re not the IRS, but we do require proof of rental/mortgage history, credit report and criminal history. Click here to download our full list of rental requirements & guidelines.

Lease terms vary, depending on the time of your move-in date, and according to the specials we offer from time to time. Usually our lease terms range from 12 to 24 months.

Good news for those who have respectable credit – we don’t charge a deposit with approved credit. A $200 administrative fee is charged per home as well as a $80 per person application fee for every applicant over 18. Call the leasing office for additional details.

The Brickyard is a pet friendly community, and we welcome your 4-legged family members! We accept dogs and cats only. You are limited to 2 total pets per apartment, and a pet deposit, non-refundable fee, pet rent and certain pet rules apply:
- Pet fees include a $250 refundable deposit and a $400 non-refundable fee per pet.
- Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet (2 pet maximum).
- We do not have any weight restrictions on pets, but certain breed restrictions do apply.

Our property proudly offers Spectrum managed WiFi. This allows each resident to have their own personal network service in their home with enterprise-grade equipment and speed. You can also use your credentials to sign in throughout the community at any of our common spaces, or jump on as a guest.

The Power Station Gym was designed with your fitness goals in mind and is complimentary for resident use. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmills, elliptical and spin bike cardio machines, free weights and machine weight fitness equipment, and a cool down lounge.

We love social media as much as the next guy, but our goal is to bring back social events, where you can interact with real live people, who also live in your community. Resident events are planned to appeal to all types: ranging from DIY kits, interactive online bingo, holiday parties, meet your neighbor nights, happy hours, weekend brunches, outdoor concerts and dog-friendly events. And because we can’t completely abandon our technology, we have several ways to keep you updated on our latest events: Like us on Facebook or Instagram, or visit our Events Calendar.

The Brickyard is proud to be a smoke-free community. This means that all of our common areas – indoors and outdoors – as well as ALL apartment interiors are non-smoking, creating a healthy and clean community for our current and future residents. We hope this helps you breathe a little easier about your choice to live at The Brickyard.

We’re doing what we can with a community-wide recycling program for all residents who want to participate. Within our air conditioned corridors, we have trash and recycling rooms to drop your disposables. There are blue recycling bags available at The Brickyard leasing center that you can leave with your other waste. Or you can purchase your own recycling trash bags from the local market – Glad®, Hefty® and Husky® each have their own options.

All neighborhoods within Austin Ranch are located in the highly sought after Lewisville Independent School District.

Our community lies within the Carrollton-Farmers Branch school District, an excellent choice.

Yes! We would love to have your friends and family join our community. Current residents who refer a friend receive a $250 rent credit after move-in. Ask any of our leasing agents for details on this program.
